- Rights, responsibilities and obligations: As a registered tax practitioner, we must comply with the Code of Professional Conduct under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, including acting honestly and with integrity, acting lawfully in your best interests, maintaining your confidentiality, and providing our services competently.
